The vendor said it ONLY works in IE 11 so any other mode will prevent proper operation. When troubleshooting a recent problem with it, they had me hit F12 to view the developer tools and confirm what document mode the browser was in (under emulation). We have a web app that the vendor still needs to be run in IE11. ![]()
